Relay360 is owned and operated by NDigital, registered in the Netherlands and based in Leiden. NDigital ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this statement.
NDigital’s full registration details (KvK number, registered address and VAT number) are available on request and will be published here before launch.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and run our business. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

04Legal basis
Under the GDPR we rely on the following grounds: consent (for analytics and optional communications), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and secure our site), and legal obligation (for record-keeping). You may withdraw consent at any time.
05Sharing & processors
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted processors who act on our instructions under a data-processing agreement — for example our hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers.

06Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months.
